雪銳龍鮮肉柜冷柜如何按類型使用

  鮮肉柜可以分為水冷卻式、風冷式、水和空氣聯合冷卻式三種類型,其實這三種類型是有很大的區別的,存儲的食物不同,溫度范圍不同、工作原理不同。

  1.水冷卻式(shi):是以冷藏(zang)柜中的冷藏(zang)器用水作為冷卻介質。超市(shi)鮮(xian)肉柜使 高(gao)(gao)溫高(gao)(gao)壓的氣態(tai)制冷劑冷凝的設備。

  2.風冷(leng)(leng)(leng)式(shi):利用空氣(qi)作(zuo)為冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻介質向發電機定子(zi)和轉(zhuan)子(zi)繞(rao)組(zu)以及定子(zi)鐵心進行(xing)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻的(de)系統。該系統通常有(you)開式(shi)通風和閉式(shi)循環(huan)兩種(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)卻方式(shi)。

  3.水(shui)(shui)(shui)和空氣(qi)聯(lian)合(he)(he)冷(leng)卻式(shi):冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)采用(yong)水(shui)(shui)(shui)和空氣(qi)聯(lian)合(he)(he)冷(leng)卻方式(shi)的(de)冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)包括淋水(shui)(shui)(shui)式(shi)冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)和蒸發式(shi)冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)兩大(da)類。在這兩類冷(leng)凝(ning)器(qi)中,制(zhi)冷(leng)劑在管(guan)內冷(leng)凝(ning),冷(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)(shui)噴灑在傳熱(re)管(guan)外。在淋水(shui)(shui)(shui)式(shi)中,制(zhi)冷(leng)劑放出的(de)熱(re)量大(da)部分依(yi)靠空氣(qi)自(zi)然對流帶走(zou),少(shao)量的(de)熱(re)量是由水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)汽化(hua)吸熱(re)帶走(zou)。

  如(ru)超市中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)冷柜大(da)(da)多是風冷式(shi)(shi)的(de)。風冷式(shi)(shi)冷柜都是微(wei)孔式(shi)(shi)送風設計,冷柜里(li)面還有超大(da)(da)蒸(zheng)發面積銅管(guan),制冷速(su)度快,不易(yi)風干能夠(gou)充(chong)分保證食(shi)物中(zhong)(zhong)的(de)水分和營(ying)養(yang)物質(zhi),食(shi)物的(de)保鮮(xian)展(zhan)示效果好。這種鮮(xian)肉(rou)柜一(yi)般用來(lai)保存熟食(shi)或(huo)者新鮮(xian)的(de)肉(rou)類(lei)。存儲(chu)飲料的(de)鮮(xian)肉(rou)柜常用冷凝(ning)器(qi)是一(yi)個制冷劑(ji)向(xiang)外(wai)放熱的(de)熱交換器(qi)。自(zi)壓縮機經油分離器(qi)來(lai)的(de)制冷劑(ji)蒸(zheng)氣(qi)(qi)進入鮮(xian)肉(rou)柜冷凝(ning)器(qi)后,將(jiang)熱量傳遞給周(zhou)圍介質(zhi)水或(huo)空氣(qi)(qi),自(zi)身因受冷卻凝(ning)結為液(ye)體,從(cong)而使得(de)鮮(xian)肉(rou)柜內部溫(wen)度降低,達(da)到保存飲料的(de)效果。
 

鮮肉柜

  Fresh meat cabinet can be divided into three types of water cooling, air cooling, water and air combined cooling. In fact, the three types are very different. The stored food is different, the temperature range is different, and the working principle is different.

After the refrigerant steam from the compressor through the oil separator enters the condenser of the fresh meat cabinet, the heat is transferred to the surrounding medium water or air, and the temperature of the inside of the fresh meat cabinet is reduced because of the cooling condensation, thus the effect of the beverage is saved.
